Sorry…
I didn’t finish the 25 days of abandonware, and I am really sorry for that. I may release the rest of the days soon. Also, I’m gonna release a CSS template soon, so hold on for that.

People have been managing money since the beginning of time, now they can on their (old) computer’s too!
Today I present to you (a not very rare) something that is widely used today… Internet Explorer 1.0. It was designed for Windows 95, so it’s compatibility with newer operating systems is questionable. (more…)
Here is a bit of computer history… DOS 1.0. Good luck getting it installed
.
Here’s the first thing I’ve released for mac (although you would have to have an old one to run it…): Adobe Photoshop 1.0! Enjoy!
Today I release to you the first ever version of today’s most popular (albeit one of the worst) internet browser; Internet Explorer.
I haven’t tested it, and it might not run on a modern OS.
I would also like to thank BetaArchive, as without them, some of these releases wouldn’t be possible.
Enjoy!
Here’s another piece of the olden Microsoft days, Microsoft Excel 2.1.
Enjoy!
Today I release to you… A relic of Flight Simulation… Microsoft Flight Simulator! Enjoy!
You (mike) are on the set of a popular game show, hosted by George.
George: “This software, released by Microsoft, has been considered by many as the software giant’s biggest flop.”
Mike: “What is Vista?”
*BEEP*
George: “The correct answer was BOB!”
Mike: “What the… I’ve never heard of BOB!”
George: “Well, if you want to try it out, a little birdy told me that old-computer.org is gonna feature it during it’s ‘25 Days of Abandonware’ special! But remember, you have to own a legal licence to download!”
Mike: “But, I pirate all the time, what’s so special about BOB!”
George: “If you want to pirate software, it’s your choice, but I think old-computer.org doesn’t advocate that kind of stuff…”
Mike: “Nah… maybe I’ll just find a copy on eBay! I want to support Microsoft!”
George: “Good choice… Enjoy!”
*CUT*
Well, I hope you’ve enjoyed my attempt at a little bit of humor… If not, maybe some software will make you happy! Remember that I fully support George’s stance on piracy, and old-computer reminds you that we do not advocate software piracy, as it is very illegal.
